Hi laura I got a letter from Revdex.com case # XXXXXXXX in the letter the customer say that we didn't make an exchange for the second time for her
In my store I have a sign saying "no refund and no exchange " I did first exchange for her as a favor
We offered her to do sizing for her ring to fit her finger and she say no She got pictures in our store without my permission in a rude way She say to the other customers in a loud voice "I got ripped off" which make the other customers go away She say that we chased her?how I will leave my store in business hours,"holiday time"
She say that we tried to *** her phone how we can do we are behind our showcases and she was taking pictures " the phone in her hand"
We were trying to tell her we do have a store policy says "no refund and no exchange " very simple
Just to let you know the ring was cheaper than what she say
