I,immediately called customer upon complaint was away for several weeks, I noticed a few areas that needed repair not in the scope of initial work on the partial section of roof we replacedAlso sealed a window that ice dams could of penatrated, all was repaired

Made appt never showed up and never called Called company to see if there was a problem never returned phone call Would not recommend Not reliable

Review: Have called Mr. Edwards four times between April and June, leaving three voice messages and spoke to him once and set up an appointment for him to come by to see why we still had the same ice dam problem he was asked to fix. Not only did Mr. Edwards not show up for the agreed upon appointment without notice, he has not returned my calls.Desired Settlement: I want Mr. Edwards have the courtesy of returning my phone calls and set up an appointment to look at the ceiling damage and determine why his roofing job did not fix the problem.
