He returned $750 of the $1000. I'm a little disappointed since he didn't complete any of the work. Sadly, he didn't even include any letter of apology or acknowledgement...

of wrong doing on his part along with the check. I will accept it and am happy this is over so that I can move on with my project with another professional.
