We have reported significant problems with the faulty operation of our air-conditioning for months while under warrantyThe system designer provided a thorough report including photos of faulty installation to the builder and Advanced Mechanical Systems HVAC Problems were addressed but never resolved and it seems evident that the builder and the AC installation company fail to assist This is new construction Though the builder claims the system meant code in October 2016, I was informed that the AC would be measured during warmer weather with expectation of multiple adjustments
