I am rejecting this response because: The business's response ends with, "these are the arrangements so far," with no explanation of what arrangements he is...

referring to. The business has made no arrangements with me except for multiple promises to refund our money by a specific date. All of these promises have been broken and Mr. Bonilla has ignored requests by us to explain his failure to comply with his own promises.
