When we tried on 3-20-to process the charge for Ms***' lesson scheduled for 3-22-18, the charge was declinedOur receptionist called Ms*** to ask if she had a different card she'd like to useMs*** said her card had been stolen and that she meant to call us to cancel the
appointment, but could she reschedule? Since she didn't have another card to use, she was told we couldn't reschedule at that timeWe're sorry for any misunderstanding, but we require that a valid credit or debit card be on file to hold any appointment.We hope that Ms*** accepts our apology for seeming to be abrupt with herI left a voice mail message for her and hope to get her back on our schedule as soon as possible.
