Maritime Contracting

Review: Maritime Contracting and its owner, [redacted], entered into a legal agreement with my husband and me to renovate our beach townhouse at [redacted] We made payments to have work done but as of March 30, 2015 he defaulted on that contract. The following work still has to be completed:2) Remove and relocate kitchen to first floor with owner supplied cabinets/tops.3) Remove and relocate 2nd floor bath to existing kitchen area. Install owner supplied bathroom fixtures. Toilet/shower and lavatory. Repair old bathroom.4) Renovate 1st floor bath with owner supplied fixtures. Size to remain same except possibly shower .5) Expand and install entrance with 36door and sidelights6) Remove and replace All sliding doors with Anderson white gliding patio doors provided by MCDesired Settlement: The cost of getting the above work is being paid by us using other workman in the area. My husband and I want to recoup the cost of the above work for which we already made payments.
