WE ARE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVIENCE YOU MAY HAVE HAD CUSTOMER PURCHASED VEHICLE 3-5-CUSTOMER CAME IN DURING WARRANTY TIME FOR A REPAIR ON THE REAR PASSANGER CO PILOT SEAT ONLYON ABOUT 7-10-CUSTOMER CAME IN DEMANDING WE CHANGE THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT WAS BROKEN DOWN,WE OFFERED HIM TO HELP HIM TOW
THE VEHICLE OVER TO OUR SHOP AND THEY DENIED THE HELP,THEY WERE TOLD BY PERSONEL TO RETURN THE FOLLOWING DAY AND SPEAK WITH HIS SALES PERSON TO FURTHER ASSITS THEM CUSTOMER NEVER CAME BACKON 7-26-CUSTOMERS WIFE CALLED AND DEMANDED WE CHANGE THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT WAS BROKEN DOWN AGAIN WE TOLD HER TO GIVE US THE ADRESS WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS BROKEN AT SO WE CAN TOW IT OVER TO OUR SHOP SO WE COULD INSPECT IT TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT BUT AGAIN THEY DENIED THE HELP WE WERE OFFERING,THEY SAID NO AND SAID THEY WOULD CONTACT THE FINANCE COMPANY.WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE .WE STILL OFFER OUR HELP BY TOWING THE VEHICLE OVER TO OUR SHOP TO HELP RESOLVE THIS MATTER,IF THERES MECHANICAL ISSUES WE CAN HELP REPAIR.***, Jr

Review: I was sold a car that was promised to me to be reliable , instead has had many mechanic if problems since I bought and each timeI went to the dealership to get it fixed they delayed me over and over again until they said I had to find a mechanic on my own because now the time has expired for warranty. now the car is broken downbcan not afford to fix it and dealership wont offer much help but telling me to go to mechanic ice they send their cars to and pay myself. Car is financed and finance don't care they only want payments are or they said they will call my work and garnish my checks.Desired Settlement: I just want car repaired and to be reliable like they promise me. I still have to make payments of 392 and can't afford to fix car when I thought car was suppose to be reliable

They sold me a car that no longer worked, it had issues with the transmission, they did not want to repair it and it was still under warranty, I do not recommend this dealer for the bad service and they sell cars they know are bad, all they do is wait for the warranty to expire so the car stops working.
