Upon review of the account, ad adjustment to the billing was made resulting in a refund to the patient in the amount of $18.47. I contacted the patient informed her that her complaint had been resolved and that it resulted in a refund of $18.47....

I verified the address on the account and explained that she can expect it in the mail within 4 to 6 weeks. The patient thanked me for my help and was satisfied with the resolution.
