Review: I ordered a 30 yard dumpster from Mario Bros, spoke to Mike. He gave me Alice and told me that I can put anything in this dumpster from my home gutting job.

After two weeks, they came and picked up the container saying that they were told by the sanitation dept that they had to pick it up because of the Mosquitos in the area. They took the container and they gave me a 10 yarder. We filled it up quickly then he told me I had to pay an additional 200.00 for another 10 yarder. Carmine told me that I should not have packed the house debris in the container when Mike told me I could put anything in it. Now they want the dumpster back after 10 days. Carmine told me that if we keep it any longer he will charge us for fuel for the additional days that we keep it. There is another dumpster down the block and there is no problem with that dumpster company.Desired Settlement: Should get a refund on this first container or some credit.

Review: I was given a dumpster and was told I can load it with trees by [redacted] and their is no weight limit. When they came to pick up the dumpster they said it was too heavy and there was too much dirt. They said I have to pay for the extra weight but that is not how the dumpster was sold to me. I told them I would remove the dirt. They said that I was not supposed to load trees. I told them I was informed I could. We agreed to a deal to dump all the trees and debris in my yard and they would return two dumpsters for me to separate the trees and the garbage. When I called to ask for the dumpster they said they are not returning with a dumpster or my money. They said to take them to court.Desired Settlement: I would like my cash back because I still have all my garbage in the yard and they took all my money and wasted all my time/effort.

Review: Mario Bros Carting is an unlicensed company who purpose is to steal your money. We ordered a dump without weight limit as is stipulated on the receipt we received for which we paid $850.00 for a 35 yard dump which we later found out was a higher than usual price. Upon pick up of that dump we simultaneoulsy had another 35 yard dump dropped off for which we paid $850.00. While we were not on the job site, Mario Bros came and unloaded the rubbish already put into the dump onto the driveway and removed the dumpster we paid in full for. When we went looking for the company none of the addresses listed exist and when we called suffolk county office of consumer affairs they indicated that Mario Bros Carting Services Inc license expired 2 years ago.Desired Settlement: My money back.
