Sorry about the delay - we are operating with a skeleton staff due to vacations and illnesses so we are a little backloggedOur eStore automatically sends out an email confirmation receipt (with serial number) immediately after a purchaseUnfortunately, sometimes an over-aggressive
spam filter will hijack the email so the customer never sees it (Gmail, for example, is particularly notorious for "rerouting" legit email to embedded folders in your account, usually the "Promotions" folderComcast, Hotmail, Earthlink and even Apple will sometimes inadvertently block any email labeled as a receipt). You may want to check your spam folder but I also just had a colleague resend the email confirmation receipt to this email addressIf you don't get that one please let me knowApologies for the inconvenience.
