I ordered some "swage ends" from this website. They did not fit as they were supposed to - I think they were not manufactured correctly. The site states their return policy, with which I complied and returned the items (certified mail). They never credited me for the return which was about $140. I know they received the package because I have a copy of the signed receipt. I called multiple times and left multiple messages with no reply. I also emailed multiple times with no reply. I do not think they are a trustworthy business and I suspect they operate offshore. They certainly don't tell the truth about their returns and they have zero customer service, do not answer the phone, return calls, or return emails.
