I am filing a review because there was no other course of action through the Revdex.com to list the POOR customer service through this business
Failed to contact a potential customer on a sale of a boat trailerAfter multiple contacts made by the potential customer
Approximately months ago, I made contact with Marine Warehouse in Wilmington to purchase a 30ft tri-axle boat trailerA female rep answered the phone, she could not provide the information and said she would pass it on to Terrel (sp?) for actionA week went by, a month went by, and still no work back from the businessApproximately weeks ago, I was in the area and thought I would stop by "personally" and see what they had availableThere was a rep sitting behind the desk and asked if he could helpI provided the same info (ft trailer/tri-axle)H looked in some catalogs and provided a priceI asked about other makes and models and estimated lead-timeHe informed me that he did not know and would have to pass the information on to Terrel and that he would get back to meOnce again, there was "no" response from the companyBusiness must be really good to ignore a potential customer "Twice"I would think that a business would have a system in place to provide some sort of customer service to include a follwith potential customers
