Dear [redacted] , I am writing to let you know the disappointment with the after the Sale service I have received from you and Marine One I have spent over $125,dollars at Marine One and when I had a concern, I was pretty much disregarded, ignored and tossed aside once you had been paid I have communicated with you numerous times regarding the boat snaps and still have not received anything from you Your excuse has always been that you are so busy I understand that the person who you subcontracted the slope back canvas work to passed away, which is unfortunate and sad, however my contractual dealings were and are with Marine One and not them I am expecting Marine One to find a solution regarding the reaction the stainless steel snaps are having with the Aluminum and paint on the boatWhether thats bringing my boat to the company who did the snaps or fixing it at Marine One As indicated before, I am willing to bring the boat over at my expense and leave it with you to complete I'm sure your time is as valuable as mine so please lets get this issue dealt with properly I hope you will honour your end as you told me from the beginning that you would always look after me If you will not, then I am prepared to take this to another level which you may or may not care or want This is a time sensitive issue and would appreciate a response from you within the next few days Thank you for your time Regards
