Misuse of company vehicle.
I've made two complaints to marine max In Fort Myers at mcgregor about my ex and my ex son that work for them. And they use the company truck to empty out my whole entire unit 1. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. I've made several complaints to marine max, and nobody's done anything to these workers.
They went back again with the company truck while their manager, Mr. Ryan West allows it, I feel that marine max should fire these two employees. Who is Mr Osvaldo (Ozzie) Perez and Mr. Brandon Perez That works in the dock. And if you want my phone number, just ask my ex husband for it..

They left my boat at a dock!!
I took my boat in for service in Pensacola. Sat with Steven a service manager. Discussed what I needed and was told to bring it over the next day. I docked across from the Oar House as instructed. Long story short. Steven didn't tell me they were 4-5 weeks out not that day as I was told. Went ti get my boat, it was still docked where I left it the day before. Keys in the ignition, breakers on and main battery back on as well, cabin unlocked as well. Unbelievable, lied to and boat left for anyone to take. STAY AWAY 8S THE ONLY WARNING I CAN GIVE!

Good morning. My name is Tim R[redacted] and I am responding for MarineMax for the claimed against us ID of [redacted]. My customer has wrongly filed a claim with the Revdex.com, as your letter explains there at two sides to every story. My customer purchased a slip for his 41’ boat in our Brick Marina Located at...

[redacted] on March, 19 2016 and paid $8118 in full on his credit card. On the night of May 30th 2016 at 2:32 am my customer’s son (who sleeps on the boat) proceeded with two other individuals to board a MarineMax owned personal boat and take possession and joy ride the boat until caught by fellow dock mates. We have all of this on video showing the customer’s son boarding the vessel. The son was intoxicated and on top of that he stole a boat that was in our facility for repair work causing even more damage to the vessel. The morning after, I reviewed the footage and all testimonies from fellow dock members and confirmed this was who wrongly stole our property. I spoke with my customer that morning and showed him what his son had committed. On top of stealing a boat that was down for service causing a total of $2,800 in damages to the boat he put a lot of people at risk being intoxicated will operating vessel. I also have witnesses say he was impersonating me as the Marina manager to avoid confrontation. My customer and I discussed that I would not press charges to his son to avoid ruining his career and he would pack his boat and belongings up and leave. My customer even offered to pay for the damages to our MarineMax vessel. On August 4th we received a credit card dispute  from my customers credit card company disputing charges. We set a rebuttal with contract and all evidence and were awarded the money back. This was a shock because I made it very clear to my customer there would be no refund and with all the risk taken, liability, and damages caused, this was an acceptable term for him. Customer has disputed charges again and was given all but $867 back to has account. At this point this is in my legal teams hands and we will pursue the customer for damages caused to vessel and with proper authorities to his son. According to section 6. Of our contract if the owner does not comply with dockside procedures listed in the agreement, MarineMax has the right to terminate any contract without cause. Service Department refused to make an appointment for an annual maintenance, saying they did not make appointments. Poor customer service.

I'm not looking for a response; I solved it by going to another dealer.
