Marina Harbor Apartments & Anchorage

My care was illegally towed from a residental complex based upon the california laws sited on your website. I request reimbursement of my towing fees.
Car towed on July 1, 2018 at Marina Harbor visiting resident. I parked in an unmarked space, where the curb appears at one time to have been painted white. Mycar was parked for one hour while I droped off something to a resident. When I returned to my car it had been towed. At the tow yard, I found the ticket that said I parked in the loading zone however the space was not marked loading. The Revdex.com website says that in residental complexes, vehicles may only be towed under gneral authorization for parking in a fire lane, within fifteen feet of a fire hydrant or blocking the entrance or exit to the property. None of those are applicable. I tried calling the Marina Harbor and left my name and number but have not received a return call. Marina Harbor said that they will only speak with a resident.

I did not receive a photo of my car before it was towed, although I have requested it.
