Review: We signed a wedding contract with [redacted] almost a year in advance of our wedding date. She delivered the engagement portion of the contract and took pictures of our wedding in June of 2015. She has not returned our calls, texts or emails since July of 2015. We even went as far as sending a demand letter before her contract expired, by certified mail. It appears that [redacted] signed for it using another name alluding to the fact that she knows she is non-compliant in her own contract. As of the end of December 2015, when her own contract states we will have received our items purchased, we have not heard from her. We have yet to see our wedding photos, a slide show, receive our wedding album, or been given the gift prints promised to us. She uses only a P.O Box for payment making it difficult to contact her by mail or find her to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: We would like [redacted] to finish what she started and give us the items we paid for in our initial agreement.
