I had to have a water softener to replace an old one. It was installed and I paid for it and was left an instruction book.

When I referred to this book a few weeks later, I noticed it did not have the info. as to when to replace salts. I wrote to the gen. mgr. of the company and also the mfg. of the product in Mesa pointing out this lack of clear instructions and never received an reply to my concern. This is an expensive system ant I paid top money for it. It seems that once they had my money their concern and customer service ended.

I have been a customer of Maricopa Mtn. for many years, and I really feel they dropped the ball!
