To whom it may concern:We are an attorney referral service The client indicates that she listened to our recording which clearly states that the consultation with the attorney is UP TO minutes Also clearly stated is that our fee is non refundable, which she also verbally agreed to
after giving her credit card information but before we changed the pre paid, non refundable $fee. With that information, it is our position that the first attorney did absolutely provide the consultation under the rules of the service As we are simply a referral service and are in no way an authority over attorneysThe attorney provides the same consultation they would had she walked into their office independent from us Because of that, we do not guarantee attorney representation We can only provide an attorney who will consult with the client, which the two attorneys did The first, unfortunately, declined to take her case The second, we understand had a conflict of interest (which still would have been the case had she paid the attorney’s consultation fee) As a courtesy only, we referred the client to a third attorney One day after the referral, the client called back and in a very abusive conversation, told us that she had not heard from the attorney We ask that our attorneys return messages within hours to schedule a consultation with the client It had not yet been hours and as we had already gone above and beyond what the service offers for the $fee, we refused to make a FOURTH referral for this client. As previously stated, the client was more than aware that our fee is non refundable and that we charge for a REFERRAL, not the attorneys time.Thank you,*** ***DirectorLawyer Referral Service*** *** *** ***Phoenix, Arizona 85004-1532###-###-#### (main)###-###-#### (LRS line)###-###-#### (fax)www.maricopalawyers.org

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this response is dishonestThe recording clearly states a "minute consultation" It does NOT state "up to" a minute consultation, this is clearly and intentionally misleading the Revdex.comI ask the investigator for the Revdex.com to simply call the business number and verify the recording clearly states for $the consumer will receive a minute consultation with a qualified attorney etcThis also implies it is an in person consultation, however this is not my complaint at this timeThey guarantee a minute consultation
Regards,

I, too, encourage the Revdex.com to call and listen to our recording. It absolutely states up to thirty minutes and there is nothing to imply that the consultation will be in person. Clients are simply told that it is their responsibility to schedule the consultation directly with the attorney’s office. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this response is dishonest. The recording clearly states a "30 minute consultation" . It does NOT state "up to" a 30 minute consultation, this is clearly false and intentionally misleading the Revdex.com. I ask the investigator for the Revdex.com to simply call the business number and verify the recording clearly states for $40 the consumer will receive a 30 minute consultation with a qualified attorney etc. This also implies it is an in person consultation, however this is not my complaint at this time. They guarantee a 30 minute consultation.
