I was very impressed with their honesty! I called and described what my washer was doing. I got a call back within the hour from the technician, who told me right up front that it wasn't going to be worth repairing-- saving me the service call! Ultimately I had them come out anyway to give me an estimate on fixing my old machine. The friendly technician complied but also gave advice and recommendations on what machine to buy instead, which I really appreciated. I wouldn't hestitate to hire them again.
