I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI was never informed of the sale of the businessI do not question the contract termsHowever, when I went in to pick up my things she said she wanted to keep them still to sellAlso, I was minutes early for my appointment she speaks of and she was already closedShe also did not return my phone callsStating that I was not on time is an outright lieThis is bad business and unethicalI will chalk it up to lesson learnedRegards, [redacted]
*** stated : She had purchased the business from previous owner and she is not liable for anything prior to May 1, The consumer brought her items in on 10/11/Technically the consignment expired on Jan 5, The written agreement states that the items are not sold or picked up by the
consumer by the expiration dated, they are donatedI waited here one evening, for her to show up and verify if the dress I have that matched her description was hers, she did not show up" in time"I had to leave for my other jobI did not hear form her againTherefore the business is not liable for the goods(I am sending contract for verification)
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I was never informed of the sale of the business. I do not question the contract terms. However, when I went in to pick up my things she said she wanted to keep them still to sell. Also, I was 15 minutes early for my appointment she speaks of and she was already closed. She also did not return my phone calls. Stating that I was not on time is an outright lie. This is bad business and unethical. I will chalk it up to lesson learned. Regards, [redacted]
