Review: I called the agency to request a housekeeper. We scheduled an appointment on Saturday to interview possible candidates for the position . The employee of the the agency , [redacted] lied to me and I signed a contract under false information from [redacted] , and when confronted with the truth [redacted] refused a refund. I was misled by [redacted] the employee.Desired Settlement: Refund the cash that I paid for a service that was never rendered and the contract was sign under false pretense

I am writing in response to the letter that was sent to my place of business in regards to the concern a

consumer submitted on 07/15/14.

My side of the story is that Mrs. [redacted], came into our office we provided a list of housekeepers

she chose one and the housekeeper showed up and worked for 24 hours, then Mrs. [redacted]'s previous

housekeeper decided to go back to work as housekeeper. Therefore, she ended up not employing

[redacted] the housekeeper she had picked from our list.

As far as Maria America is concerned we did fulfill our part of the contract.

This agency does not place nannies or housekeepers as employees the only service we provide is a list of

potential candidates. The contract signed by Mrs. [redacted], specifically indicates that the fee paid is (NON

REFUNDABLE). I am attaching a copy of the signed contract for your review.
