I am rejecting this response because: I called the business and left a detailed message on September with my callback number and last of my credit card. You never contacted me, hence the complaint. I wouldn't give you fraudulent people my credit card number if my life depended on it. You've have already fraudulently charged my card and then made of copy with a fraudulent signature and fraudulent tip amount once. Fool me once, shame on you....fool me twice, shame on me. Go find it in your records and do the right thing. It's never too late

Attached is a copy of the original check that [redacted] had signed. As you can see on the check the guest added $17.26 tip from the actual total of $95.74. Which came to $113.00. The check was not altered in anyway, therefore there is no fault on our end.

Review: I went into Margaritaville a few days ago and purchased 2 beers. The total cost of my bill was about$13. The next day when I was going through my account I noticed they had charged my card $30. I proceeded to call my bank and the Margaritaville. I was told that they automatically put a $30 hold on any credit/debit card transactions. My issue with this is that I was never told of this policy. There are no signs posted about this policy and the bar tender did not tell me. If I was told I would have gone to the atm and paid cash. My money is now tied up for 5 business days. Very irritating. This does not seem right to me. I have never encountered this anywhere before. They need to notify people of their policies. I'm sure i'm not the only person who has gotten burned by this policy.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and I want them to have to post signs about this policy as well as inform others using debit/credit cards verbally.
