She sat at the corner of the bar with a friend. Ms. [redacted] ordered a $** Blue Motorcycle (Long Island Iced Tea - 5 liquors with Blue Curaçao) and her friend ordered a frozen drink. Ms. [redacted] advised the manager on duty that her drink was not strong enough for her liking. The manager sampled the drink with a separate straw. She told Ms. [redacted] that though she didn’t believe that the drink was too weak (jiggers are used to appropriately measure the amount of alcohol), she would speak to the bartender that made it. The manager told the bartender that the customer did not like the drink and asked the bartender to make a new one. The manager then went back over to Ms. [redacted] to let her know that a new drink would be made and to remove the old drink she I’m in front of her, at which point, Ms. [redacted] grabbed the drink and told the manager, “Nevermind”. [Provide details of why you refused the offer.This story is false because the manager did not offer to get be another drink. Like I stated before I told the manager that the drink tasted like it had no alcohol in it just straight juice, she tested it with the straw and said it was fine and that's it she did nothing more to rectify the situation... and why would I leave a long comment on [redacted] I gave this place one star so that should be enough to warn people not to go to this business. And as far as it being unsanitary I still stand by that and I will never go there again and I still want my refund for the ** dollar juice I got instead of a blue motorcycle.
