Margarita Auctions aka Moore Kennedy Auctioneers is per Liveauctioneers as being located in Newark NJ per the web site. after the sale I was told that that address was only the office so *** could not pick up there then in the next email I was told the office was in NY NY, and you could not pick up there . The terms of sale were changes after the sale , such as raising the percentage of cc fees as were stated in terms and conditions as well as being given *** to down load a release form though they later said they have no nor have ever had a website , I do have all correspondence. They also stated a auction fee of 30% but it listed the wrong platform site for those fees and they did not list the commission fee for the site I was on they also stated that all merchandise must be removed within 7 business days but in the next email I was told the merchandise would be held at least 10 business days , they have since changed all the errors but I have copy's of that as well. This all seems like a scam for financial information. Please note in the documents is the letter I wrote with detailed reasons I have a problem with them. They have since my compliant changed their terms and conditions reflecting my complaints.
