Sloppy/Incomplete home inspection & report, missed many defects, hampered my ability to negotiate with sellers, & never received partial refund of fee
On March 23, *** Sof Reassurance Inspections, LLC came to the mobile home I was purchasing to do an inspection weeks prior to the closingI was happy that he was able to come out the day after I called him, but he was clearly rushing and eager to get home for supper, as he said Even my realtor, *** ***, who was there, noticed how rushed he was and that he missed a lot of defects and expensive repairs that would be needed, some of which we found just days later MrSstated that he never went under the house, just peeked under the skirting a bit, but somehow missed that the old paper vapor barrier was all disintegrated and needed replacing He also missed that the duct work had fallen on the ground, and this was proven by*** who did a careful inspection a few days laterAlso, MrShad stat
