warehouse location and inspected several trailers of this type that we had for sale and selected the one he wanted At the time of purchase, he was told(and it was noted on the receipt)that we were selling it “As is, Where is” and that he would be responsible for removing it from our site and transportation to his desired location We made no assurances at the time of the sale that either the jacks or wheel bearings were greased or were operational Additionally, the firm that Mr*** contracted to move the trailer did not pull down the rear overhead rolling door prior to transporting it This damaged the door during the trip as they are not designed to be moved over the road with the door in the up position Mr*** did call a Marden’s staff member and in a vulgarity filled phone call, expressed his desire to get his money back We did offer him a full return but said that he would need to have the trailer returned to us at his expense In summary, we believe that we have been more than fair with Mr*** Mr*** paid $for a used trailer that sells new for in excess of $25, There was no pressure for Mr*** to buy the trailer and there was no advertising of what he was purchasing I’ve attached a copy of the sales receipt for your reference.Best Regards,*** ***General Manager
