We had bad hail storm damage that needed work not only on my roof, but also wood damage on my house, as well as my gutters, and chimney. We received several quotes when a friend referred *** to us to introduce him into the bidding. Not only did he beat out the bids, he also became a liaison and worked directly with the inspector and insurance company. He personally came over during the inspection and walked with him during the inspection process, pointing out issues. This made the quote from the inspector much more accurate and avoided the back and forth that sometimes comes from the initial inspection. All through the process he carefully explained what to expect, what his teams will do, and when. His punctuality was awesome, and was always at the site making sure the teams stay on schedule. He negotiated multiple times with the insurance company to get the most out of them in repairing our home. Marc repaired everything he said he would, and the work quality is top notch. I have no hesitation recommending Marc to anyone, and will definitely use him again if we need repairs to our home in the future.

After a big hail storm, I had a bad experience with two of the top-ranked roofing construction companies. They were not responsive or helpful and created a bad customer experience. I was about to go with a 3rd company who gave me a very high quote until I reached out to Marc at MD Construction. That is when my experience immediately went from bad to great. He not only fixed my roof where I had hail damage, but he also fixed some poor workmanship done by my builder which the three other companies didn't even point out during their inspection. I decided to have him manage all of the contractors to fix my gutters, windows, etc. because I was having trouble with the guys I hired to fix my stucco. He removed all of my family's stress and has earned a lifelong customer.
