Thank you for your letter dated 10/11/received today 10/21/After further review We find the following:We understand [redacted] ***'s frustration regarding the notice required at RidgeWood/***, [redacted] has escalated his Concern to the Corporate office and has been advised that We have to be fair and consistent with all of residents and cannot change the month to month or notice period [redacted] received several communications well before his lease expired about the required notice period and the month to month rate if the notice to vacate was not received in writingAll this information was communicated to [redacted] via mail/USPS, email and was posted on [redacted] ***s' portal account where [redacted] pays rent and submits service requests [redacted] also agreed to these terms by signing his lease agreement, the notice to vacate requirements/information is clearing marked and statedRidgewood cannot change the terms of this agreement for [redacted] ***.We apologize that [redacted] had some concerns regarding packages, however [redacted] was advised to contact the local police to file an incident reportUnfortunately, We are not responsible for our resident's packagesShould [redacted] need any further information regarding this, [redacted] can Contact the delivery currier or report this to the policeWe sincerely do apologize for this frustration he has encountered regarding this.We have explained to [redacted] ***, that we are governed by very strict rules and regulations, which denote we treat all residents on an equal basisWe are unable to alter the notice requirements or month to month rate.Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.Sincerely,Anita/ Corporate Resident Relations Manager
