Tony is the owner who measured our counters and created a template. He did not tell us that there would be a quarter inch gap between the granite and the tiles on the wall. He asked us to find a person to take out the old counter. Then he sent people to install the new granite. When the granite was installed I saw the big gap between the tiles and the counter. When I mentioned that to the installers they said they would caulk. I said that would not look very good. They called Tony and he said that would take his granite back since he doesn’t do carpentry work. He was extremely rude and cavalier about the fact that I would not have a working kitchen and would have to wait to till I found a carpenter to fill the gap. Had I know there would be a gap and that he could not fix it, I would have gone to a different vendor. I consider this extremely poor poor customer service from both him and the sales agent Debbie. Buyer beware!!
