To Whom It May Concern:I was very surprise I got this complained because when I talked to Mrs*** on Saturday she told me that the shoes left some marks when *** was showing her all the work done but they could be remove by wiping them off but she was just letting
me know about that; other than that was everything ok but I apology for that situationIf Mrs*** had called me and told me that the bathroom was not well done or any other concern, that is something that we have never ignored, we always come back when ever the customer is not completely satisfiedthis job was on April 12, 2004, still time to comeback and see what was wrong and definitely fix it. I called Mrs*** this morning and ask her to call me to schedule for us to come and fix what ever is needed.
