I bought a pair of lg tone isnfinims about a month ago from this storeI was informed by the store clerk they where not counterfeit but when I sent them to lg to be repaired they informed me they where conterfitI have tried explaining to them about the problem but they refused my refundI still have the product and they have about six more pairs on the shelf the samePlease contact me if farther information is required thanks
