conveyed that to the complainant. also informed the complainant's father before his passing and the complainant about my issue and the difficulty that I was having. I finally found a company that could custom make those Scrolls and that was about a week before this complaint was filed. forwarded a copy of the order and expected date of manufacture of those scrolls to the complainant,This issue resolved itself before I could obtain the scrolls that I ordered. The complainant's brother contacted the company that ordered the bronze marker and they gave him the scrolls to complete the memorial. I had Contacted them along with the complainant's father previously about getting info about the manufacture of the memorial without obtaining the information needed.It is never my intent for Something like this to happen and I never thought obtaining two small scrolls would present such difficulty.[redacted]
