This letter is in response to complaint ID #***I just came back from a family emergency in *** so wasn't able to respond till now.
The complaint made by Mrs*** *** disturbs me because Mapspark LLC had put so much time, effort, and energy into her websites and
videos but this customer is satisfied with the results only for a moment then becomes dissatisfied in a couple of monthsShe then starts to threaten our very reputable company with lawsuits, and continually wanting full refundsWe have never had a complaint in years with over customers, till now.
I have done numerous revisions on both of her websites, have handed her over to *** *** ** specialist but having a name like "***" and "***" make it very difficult for search engines to pick up her websitesI've spent over $of our own company money to try to make this work but she continues to threaten with chargebacks, lawsuits etcThen we have to put everyone on hold as per our company policy until the dispute is resolved(We will not continue to put company manpower and resources into a customer who is actively seeking refunds).
Also note: Any other company would have charged Mrs*** over $12,to build custom websites, logos, hosting, marketing, backlinks, SEO, revisions etcnot to mention the videosI have paid IT people, Video animation specialist, Web designers on Mrs*** behalf, plus many free things I did myselfBecause of all the work done since Feb2013, a refund is denied.
Mrs*** websites is on hold until this dispute as well as the other disputes she has with Mapspark LLC is dropedThe videos on *** etcand maintenance/updates to her site are still in progress however and with no extra charge.

videos but this customer is satisfied with the results only for a moment then becomes dissatisfied in a couple of months. She then starts to threaten our very reputable company with lawsuits, and continually wanting full refunds. We have never had a complaint in 4 years with over 500 customers, till now. 

I have done numerous revisions on both of her websites, have handed her over to [redacted] specialist but having a name like "[redacted]" and "[redacted]" make it very difficult for search engines to pick up her websites. I've spent over $2000.00 of our own company money to try to make this work but she continues to threaten with chargebacks, lawsuits etc. Then we have to put everyone on hold as per our company policy until the dispute is resolved. (We will not continue to put company manpower and resources into a customer who is actively seeking refunds). 

Also note: Any other company would have charged Mrs. [redacted] over $12,000 to build 2 custom websites, logos, hosting, marketing, backlinks, SEO, revisions etc. not to mention the 2 videos. I have paid IT people, Video animation specialist, Web designers on Mrs. [redacted] behalf, plus many free things I did myself. Because of all the work done since Feb. 2013, a refund is denied. 

Mrs. [redacted] websites is on hold until this dispute as well as the other disputes she has with Mapspark LLC is droped. The videos on [redacted] etc. and maintenance/updates to her site are still in progress however and with no extra charge.
