very poor after sales servicei was told nothing wrong with my earrings clasp, but when I lost it times within a month they offered to fix it( I paid another $for diamond protection, but doesn't cover lost earring) I did find it and took it back to storethey then agreed to fix itThey weren't willing to look for my paperwork on computer so I had to make another trip ini put an email complaint into there head office and was promised a $GC on Mar 13/i followed up on april and still no GC, it is now june and still nothihgNot only is store level bad but apparently bad customer service starts at the top with this company
