of signing all the documentation she was satisfied with it. Due to her challenging credit situation she was only able to take delivery of the vehicle on 7/24/15. On 7/27/15 she came back complaining of the figures. I told her that the figures were right and she demanded a refund of $840 which was not owed to her. To avoid in having an unhappy customer we offered to cancel the deal and take the car back even after we spent $966.25 of our own money to register the vehicle and even though we had no legal obligation to do so. The financial institution was contacted on 7/27/15 and on 7/28/15 the authorization to refund them the money was provided to us and the payment was made. On 7/29/15 Ms.[redacted] was provided with a chain of emails, copy of a check and prove of our own financial institution that the money was withdraw from our account.
