Thank you for your notice. A client is required to inspect their belongings and check for any damages to their property prior to leaving the location where services were provided. This action is typical in service related claims at any establishment. A sign is posted at the front entrance of the car port area indicating same. In addition, we have a claim report which is executed for any such claim of damage. Vehicle information is taken, pictures of damages are produced and a resolution is reached. This documentation ensures we have corrected any such damage and client is satisfied with repairs. In this case; no claim report was filed. We do not have a date nor the time client claims he/she/they made such phone call as mentioned. Unfortunately, we do not have the required substantial evidence showing the client came in, paid for services, and made a formal claim for damages. We understand this is a frustrating situation for . ***. However, with the information he has produced we are unable to honor that our establishment damaged his vehicle. We are unsure at this point if we even serviced his car for car wash. We are also unsure if said damages occurred at our location or after leaving the premises. Moreover, we do not have vehicle information to question any personnel if they seen or serviced the car/truck/van. I don't have information for which I can work to correct this situation. Said damage should have been reported at the time if service was performed and inspection of property is the clients responsibility.
