Initial contractor that completed the trim out went to work elsewhere and did not make us aware of incomplete items.  When the customer contacted us directly we dispatched our service technician.  All remaining service issues have been resolved.

The customer paid for and entered into a contractual agreement to have her credit repaired.  The services has been performed,  her credit score has been increased and the services will be continued for the duration of her 6 months contract.  Consequently this customer is not entitled...

to her refund.
