Even though I called Manny Tree Service Corp a man from A-Dynasty Tree Service showed up and gave me an estimate. I agreed and decided they will show up on Wednesday at 3:00 pm since my trash bulk pick up is on Thursdays. Since no one showed up I called the office and was told I was never promised 3:00 pm (not true) but that I would be placed on the service list for the next day ,Thursday, at 10:00 am. Again no one showed up and no call with any updates or information. All this after I spent time preparing the area for their trucks to fit in so the work could be completed. This is a most unprofessional company with complete disregard for their clients and should be made aware of the poor service they provide for poor service is all they provide and nothing else.

Contact by the Business A thorough explanation for their complete disregard to uphold their end of the agreement and never show up for the work to be done and for not calling me and keeping me up to date or for a sensible explanation as to their failure to provide service.
