I am rejecting
this response because:I have not heard from Laurel in weeksHer responses to me have been spotty at bestI understand that Laurel is having an issue with her manufacturer, but the mannequin was purchased from her, not the manufacturerThe customer should not have to suffer from her poor business choicesI have sent her numerous emails with pictures of the problems since the mannequin was purchased in December, and it is now March, and I still do not have a resolutionShe is the business owner and has the authority to give me a refund from her business regardless of whether or not she is reimbursed by the manufacturerA good business quickly refunds the customer and then works behind the scenes to get reimbursed by the manufacturer if possible.

Ms*** and I have been in regular contact about this issue; she understands that this was beyond MannequinStore's controlOnce we have refunded her, she has agreed to remove this complaintWe are currently in negotiations with the drop shipper in question
