The cancellation of the pre paid maintenance contract was in accordance with Mankato Harley-Davidson policy

I am rejecting this response because: We paid for the service agreement for the year and a half that we had itWe should not be billed back for the work orders that were completed while the agreement was in affectIt is in violation of the terms and conditions of the agreement

The customer requested the pre-paid maintenance contract be cancelledThis cancellation was processed in a timely manner and the contract was cancelled in accordance with Mankato Harley-Davidson policy

At the time of delivery we explained the lead time from Harley-Davidson was 30 days on these particular parts.
On the 11/17/15 both lower fairings were delivered via UPS to Mankato Harley-Davidson. At approximately 10:30am the customer was called and a message left indicating his parts were in.
I have attached the parts availability report from Harley-Davidson indicating the 30 day lead time. Also I have attached the original order showing the date of 10/16/15 for the lower fairings as well as the UPS tracking page showing the parts being on a truck to Mankato Harley-Davidson at 6:00am on 11/17/15.
