branches in Vancouver, B.C. We called her several times because her account was still outstanding with us. Also, we were informed by her relative that she already moved to another province.
Despite our repeated calls and no word from sender when she will settle her account, Manila Express, decided to put her with Credit Bureau of Vancouver for collection last July 14, 2010.
Since she settled her account with Manila Express - Edmonton Branch, we did not call [redacted] anymore.
Also, the matter is between the CBV and [redacted], since she already gave a copy of her receipt to them that her
account was already settled with Manila Express. There was a communication between Marilyn and CBV sometime in October 2014. No follow up were made by CBV to confirm if account of [redacted] were settled and to close their account after their last communication with [redacted]
Today, September 16, 2015, we called the attention of CBV about the payment made by [redacted]
We hope that this clarifies the above matter.
