This letter is in response to complaint ID [redacted] regarding [redacted] . I spoke to [redacted] this afternoon, May 13. We have agreed to compensate [redacted] $550 for the problem encountered while... redeeming his vehicle. This addresses the non starting of the vehicle and the fact that his license plates were not with the vehicle. [redacted] indicated he had already paid $395 to get the car running and had started the process of getting new tags at an expense of $67.50. The additional amount is a goodwill gesture for time spent on this matter. [redacted] has emailed a required W9 disclosure form to complete. Once that is received we will process the $550 check.
