Review: A person submitted our phone number to the Manhattan Club without our consent, apparently in an attempt to win a referral fee. The company has called incessantly since then, and even though every time we have asked to be removed from their calling list, the calls persist.Desired Settlement: The business must remove the numbers of people who ask to be removed from their call list. The company should also modify their referral policy so that others cannot submit other people's phone numbers without their consent. When a person calls the company, they can tell the company who referred them at that time.
