I am rejecting this response because:It has been over a month and hadnt heard from them so I had to reach out to the business instead of them reaching out to meThey offered the same exact deal as before (re appraise vehicle, which would mean I would owe aproximately 12k as opposed to the 5k as promised ) Can Revdex.com please do something ?

n regards to ID # [redacted]. We have reviewed the attached documents from [redacted]. The vin # on the attached buyers orders do not match. We told him that we appraised the wrong vehicle and showed him that the vin #/collateral does not match the vehicle he had. The appraised vehicle was that of...
