At this time, I have been contacted directly by Manhattan North Management Co regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:There hasnt been a clear understanding as to why my waiting list letter said I would be waiting for month to year if that wasnt
how the process works with manhattan north management
Also there hasnt been a notice as to what number on the waiting list was being called in for a unit.
