[redacted] Complaint Response from Sundek All Concrete Resurfacing IncComplaint ID: [redacted] Company had a very detailed proposal explaining items charged for in contract, however proposal and contract were not for a complete resurface of entire decorative coating Company General Manger learned there was a possible discrepancy between detailed description of work and customer expectation General Manager called customer to discuss and customer refused to describe what his expectation was and what the verbal explanation he received from company sales representative Customer insisted that company should "honor the contract" Company General Manager advised that the company needed to understand customer expectation because contract specified work that may not satisfy customer as it was not a complete resurface of the area, only to repair portions of the surface General Manager did not ask for additional money, only to understand his expectation and customer refused, again stating "honor contract" General Manager feared that would put company in a position where work performed per contract, was not what customer expected, so returned customer deposit prior to work commencing Thank you, [redacted] National Sales Coordinator [redacted]
