Review: I was repeatedly given misinformation regarding the paperwork and process for transferring embryos to another location. I was misquoted prices for the transportation of Embryos to another location and they failed to return my $800.00 deposite for equipment that was returned to Manhattan Cryobank. [redacted] told me to stop calling and never to call his business again when I called to obtain a receipt for the funds that he said he had previously refunded. The office staff was rude and belligerent when I asked questions regarding the receipts of the alleged $800.00 refund.Desired Settlement: I request a refund of $800.00 and a letter of apology.

Issue: [redacted] and [redacted] stored specimens at Manhattan Cryobank to be stored and then eventually shipped to their clinic. The clients used a liquid nitrogen dry shipper tank to transport their specimens to their clinic. These clients used a tank from Manhattan Cryobank and physically transported the tank (with the specimens) by themselves. Manhattan Cryobank requires clients to provide a refundable tank deposit in the amount of $800 if the client picks up the tank from Manhattan Cryobank. It appears that the client issued a complaint about receiving the tank refund.
Resolution: Manhattan Cryobank issued a refund to [redacted]'s credit card on December **, 2013. The complaint through the Revdex.com was issued on December **, 2013. The refund was made to the initial credit card used by [redacted]. Depending on the client's bank, it takes about 3-5 business days for the refund to hit the client's account. Attached you will find [redacted] and [redacted]'s refund receipt dated December **, 2013.

Review: I ordered donor sperm for an IUI procedure. When my clinic went to defrost the sperm that I ordered from Manhattan Cryobank they found that the package was empty causing my procedure to be canceled this cycle due to not having the sperm. IUI is a highly time sensitive procedure and once the window is missed you have to wait until your next cycle. This has caused us extreme sadness, time, and money.Desired Settlement: I would like Manhattan Cryobank to send a replacement vial and reimburse us for the IUI fees we paid our clinic for this cycle.
