Manhattan Bagel

I was in The Manahattan bagel around 8:a.mSunday 4/24/ My husband and myself order bagels with cream cheese coffee and hash browns The owner started to take our order and in the middle he switched an associate took over Got to the register was charged $ I inquires about the coffee the manager said its self serve We were not given a receipt We went to get our coffee the manager ran to our table and said hey you need to pay for that We believed we did He said no, we asked for our receipt he said he threw it out so we paid for the coffee but felt we were double charge The my husband receive the wrong cream cheese on his bagel The manager got mad threw it our yelled at his employee The gave us another this time it was the right cream cheese wrong bagel The he started yelling and said flavored cream cheese is $extra When the menu says $ WE also believe it was paid for but again he weren't given the receipt We paid over $for bagels

The complaint in question is a by a customer who wanted to use multiple couponsWhen he was told that coupons and specials can not be combined he became upset and threated that if we don’t service him he would complain to Revdex.comMy response as a manager and an owner was that he had to follow the rules like everyone elseI would have taken care of the customer if ***’s attitude was aggressive and hostileSince I didn’t allow him to use multiple coupons he promised to report me to Revdex.com
