Mangone Contracting

Review: Contractor will perform work that we feel is included in contract then turn around and send us a bill (via text) for the extra work with us having no knowledge of any additional charges. Also, work is not completed in time frame on contract (two month overdue). Contractor also cannot find brick to complete project which is now 6 months old (started first week of September)and told us that we need to call and find brick. It has been 6 months and he has not been able to locate brick for our project. We would like to terminate our contract and have no further contact with contractor or any representative from company. I am filing this complaint on Revdex.com so that other consumers know how [redacted] operates his business and I hope it will discourage another consumer from falling into the headaches that we have endured with this company.Desired Settlement: We would like our contract to be terminated with the contractor and have no further contact from [redacted] or anyone with Mangone Contracting. We will not be paying any more money to this contractor as work was never completed. We agree to accept work performed for monies paid.

The customer has a signed agreement that clearly defines what is included for material and
